5.2 VIP Cashback Program

The 1xwiin VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:

• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

You can gradually move up to higher tiers based on your playing activity and contributions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, using unusual betting patterns, or claiming bonuses through any other dishonest means will be treated as bonus abuse. In such cases, the bonus may be cancelled and the account closed.

5.4 General Terms for Promotional Offers

• All bonuses and offers must be used within a specified period
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• 1xwiin reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets on the 1xwiin platform are placed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (a cash-out option may be available within a specific time window for live betting).

6.2 Odds and Results

The odds displayed by 1xwiin are final. If odds change after a match begins, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply to that bet. Once a result is confirmed, winnings will be credited to the account automatically.

6.3 Disputed Results

If there is a dispute over a match result, 1xwiin will treat the official result from the relevant authority (ICC, BPL, FIFA, etc.) as final. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, 1xwiin reserves the right to correct it.

6.4 Slots and Casino Gaming

7Prohibited Activities
